Model Forms

Model Forms (MF 1.0) is a compendium of all of the model forms that are available. It also includes some guidance on how to fill in the forms and when they should be used.

The seventeen model forms in the compendium are examplars of the forms that are to be used (as appropriate) under the Capital Works Management Framework. Each of the model forms is described briefly in the table below.

Note: MF 1.2 - Letter to Apparently Unsuccessful Tenderer. This is currently being revised so as to be compliant with the debriefing requirements in the new Remedies Directive 2007/66/EC.
