Arbitration Rules

Disputes not resolved by conciliation are referred to arbitration under Public Works and Services Arbitration Rules, 2008 (AR 1) that forms part of the Capital Works Management Framework.

In the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical) and in the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Archaeology Services, the clause relating to arbitration is Schedule Part A, Clause 16.5.
